All futons are weighed to ensure our customers a consistent, reliable product. Our mattresses are then bagged to protect against damage during shipping. Many of our futons are UPS able worldwide, providing you with the most flexible of shipping options.

Members of the Futon Association, & NCBI (national cotton batting institute) Our cotton batting is UL classified. Mattresses are tested weekly in our in-house lab and quarterly at an independent labortory.

Futon Care

It is recommended to spray your new futon lightly with a stain resistant product on both sides. Let it dry overnight, vacuum and flip mattress monthly to help maintain uniformity.

ACCESSORIES

Designed and priced for the volume wholesale and retail trade, these accessories decorate futons without having to commit to a large inventory of designer fabrics. Fibre Processing accessories are available in all custom colors.

  1. Futon outer covers: Solids, Black, Natural, Red, Hunter Green, Teal, Ruby, Khaki, Rust, Dark Brown, Royal Blue, & Navy Blue. All with a standard two sided zipper. (Dry Clean Only)
  2. Futon outer covers Prints: Aztec, Oriental, Blue moon, Dragonfly, Black moon/stars, and Royal moon/stars. (machine washable)
  3. Pillows: 20x20 polyester filled in all of the above solid and print fabrics.
  4. Bolsters: 9x21 cotton filled in all of the above solid and print fabrics.
